Tax Evidence Manager is a personal, single-user tool for organizing tax documents. It is operated by its owner for their own use only and is not a public product or service.
The tool connects to the owner's own Gmail and Google Drive accounts. It reads the owner's email to locate tax-related messages and their attachments, then files the resulting evidence as PDF documents into the owner's own Google Drive. It runs as a Python pipeline that the owner runs themselves.
This is a personal utility. There is a single user — the owner — and the tool acts only on that person's own Google account data.
