Tax Evidence Manager is a personal, single-user tool operated by its owner. The owner is the only user, and the tool acts only on the owner's own Google account data. This policy describes how that data is accessed and handled.

Data the tool accesses

• Gmail (read-only access): The tool reads the owner's own email to locate tax-related messages and attachments. It does not modify, send, or delete email.
• Google Drive (read and write access): The tool reads from and writes to the owner's own Google Drive in order to file tax evidence as PDF documents.

How the data is used

Data accessed through these scopes is used solely to locate and file the owner's own tax evidence. It is not used for any other purpose.

Data sharing

No data is shared with, transferred to, or sold to any third party. The tool has no other users. All data remains within the owner's own Google account; the tool reads the owner's Gmail and writes files back into the owner's own Google Drive, and does not transmit data to any external service.

Data retention

The tool does not maintain a separate database of the owner's personal data. The tax evidence it produces is stored as files within the owner's own Google Drive, under the owner's control.

Google API scopes and Limited Use

The tool's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
